Sorry about this...

We can't actually ship Francois Guy Absinthe to the United States at the moment (although we're working hard to fix that).

In the meantime, our friends over at The Whisky Shop might be able to help you out.

Thank you for your support and understanding 🙂

Francois Guy Absinthe Reviews

Don't let the low ABV fool you

This absinthe, while being pretty low on alcohol, packs a full herbal profile just like every other good absinthes. May not be the world's most complex absinthe, I admit, but it still has a very interesting and attractive character that begs for more. With each sip you're invited to a warm, woody flavor with high-quality anise and wormwood. The louche, which is best achieved with slow, steady drops of ice-cold water, is pretty interesting and quite thick actually considering its low alcohol content. I seriously believe that this might be the best absinthe to accompany a good lunch or dinner. Highly recommended - if you can find a bottle.

Lacks complexity

A very thin and simple absinthe - it's aniseed and little else. The louche is so-so. There are better absinthes out there for a more reasonable price.

Lovely with water and only needs a little sugar. Complex, understated herbal bouquet and taste. Not cheap but it really is worth it
