OK first up I love La Fee great bottle great taste and perfect for cocktails. However, Jade absinthes are another level this is my third. Full of colour deep green reminiscent of a golden red (forgive I'm colour blind but it is beautiful). Description days hints of sweetness and herbs. Yes if those herbs are wrapped around a brick and smacked across your head! The initial pour into the glass opens you to those herbs and its amazing. I used a Balancier and sugar spoon to make a basic absinthe
Jade makes the best absinthes, period, and this is their flagship. Simply perfect.
probably my favourite absinthe, lovely bitterness. far too easy to drunk. sorry, drink.
Complex, fresh mint and spicy aniseed. Slightly bitter and very potent. Needs water (X4, ice cold) and a bit of sugar - though I prefer it without, most of the time. x
