2 tbsp P173 rum

130g plain flour, sifted (plus extra for dusting moulds)

1⁄2 tsp baking powder

63g butter (plus extra for 7. brushing moulds)

75g whole eggs

60g caster sugar

38g milk

38g honey

Pinch of salt
