Independent bottlers give opportunities. To sample the individuality of a single cask or small-batch whisky. To bear witness to fresh experiments with different ageing techniques and cask types. We access flavours otherwise unavailable through them.

Gordon & MacPhail whisky
Gordon & MacPhail is one of the most respected names in the whisky industry. Founded in 1895 in Elgin, Scotland, it has built a legacy as a pioneering whisky maker and independent bottler. The brand set itself apart with its deep relationships in the industry that gave it access to new-make whisky that it would age in its own selected process. Gordon & MacPhail’s rigorous cask selection, respect for tradition, and ability to release some of the oldest and most rare single malts on the market means it has carved a unique space for itself at the forefront of the art of bottling.

Berry Bros. & Rudd boasts over 300 years of history as a top wine and spirits merchant and is highly regarded for sourcing and independently bottling whiskies and rums from some of the world's best distilleries.
Limited Whisky
Part of the Whisky Partners family, Limited takes a hands-on approach to cask selection, re-racking, and finishing. Every cask is assessed individually, so if it’s not perfect, it’s not bottled. The result? Single casks that speak to connoisseurs and collectors alike. Once they’re gone, they’re truly gone.
The Heart Cut whisky
The Heart Cut was launched in 2023 by drinks industry veteran Georgie Bell and her husband, former bartender Fabrizio Leoni. This bottler is carving a unique niche for itself with fabulous and unusual whiskies from across the globe.
Living Souls
Living Souls doesn’t chase collectability; it chases character. Founded in Glasgow in 2024, it’s a collective of industry veterans on a mission to uncover overlooked spirits and reimagine them with fresh purpose. Each small-batch release is bottled with integrity — natural colour, no chill filtration — and designed to be drunk, not hoarded.
