Here we have an absinthe from those Psychopomp folks over in Bristol (a psychopomp is a being who escorts the dead to the afterlife). This absinthe contains hyssop, dill seed, anise and fennel seed alongside the obvious wormwood, and after distillation it's aged in new French oak. The spirit is bottled at a punchy 62.3% ABV, in a no-nonsense, minimalist bottle.

I love absinthe, but this is a disappointing example. Plenty of alcohol, but not much flavour. I recommend choosing from one of the other brands with high ratings on this site.
Lethal stuff! 62% proof, you need people who know how to drink Absinthe, it’s nice in tiny amounts with water, not glass fills like Whiskey ?!
