This is an absinthe produced by Fresh distillers Combier. The name "L'Entêté Absinthe" means "The Stubborn Absinthe", in reference to the reaction the owner of Combier, Franck Choisne, had to the 1988 French law which put restrictions of fennel in absinthe. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that this absinthe contains fennel, among other classic absinthe ingredients.
