A vacuum distilled absinthe from Liquoristerie De Provence, made using a blend of 20 plants. It's not as green as you might expect an absinthe to be - in fact, we could probably go so far as to say that it's colourless. This does mean that it could be used in cocktails without altering the colour, but still delivering the intense herbal hits.
