A sweet and succulent Glencadam, bottled by Wemyss Malts. This is a honeyed, fruity dram bottled at 46%, without colouring, or chill filtration.
Nose: A crisp, clean nose with aromas of vanilla pods, citrus, Caribbean fruits and a light spiciness.
Palate: More vanilla, and cinnamon and nutmeg spice with an intense honey sweetness. Banana, pineapple and a bit of baked apple.
Finish: The honey rolls off the tongue with a hint of those spices slowly lingering.
Overall: This is a soft, sweet whisky, especially with a little added water, but still offers well-structured character.
