From Highland distillery Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses, master distiller Robert Fleming selected single malt matured in bourbon American oak casks, married them together, and then finished them in Tawny Port barriques from Portugal. It was bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration and with its brilliant natural colour.

Nose: Strawberry jam, apricot, cranberry, baking spices, clove and subtle oak Taste: oily mouthfeel, sweet but not too much, wine, cherries, dark fruit/chilli jam, black pepper, spicy Finish: peppery and surprisingly long Exceptionally good value for money, it’s wonderful!
The first thing that strikes you about this malt is the colour. It is seriously pink, like a deep rose wine, the barrel influence clear for all to see, with no articificial colours or chill-filtration in this dram. It's a tingler on the nose, notes of spice, clove and ginger along with a huge whack of red fruits. Strawberry and raspberry primarily. In the mouth, it's extremely chewy, almost jammy. Slightly sour fresh red fruit jam. T
