
For this single malt, Glencadam's master distiller selected a host of bourbon cask matured whisky from its historic dunnage warehouses, then married and finished it in Amarone wine casks sourced from Italy. The rich, dry red wine casks offer up layers of dark chocolate, coffee, and red fruits to join the rich, biscuity malt at its core.
Waves of cherry Bakewell with toasted marzipan, Turkish delight, dried fruits, and baking spices.
Jammy cherries and red fruits open the way, with hints of strawberry laces and ginger snap biscuits backed by candied orange, and dustings of cocoa.
