Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the much underrated Glencadam Distillery here, distilled in 2008 and matured for 15 years with a finish in Madeira wine casks. It was bottled at 46% ABV.
Candied orange peels, earthy oak, raisin and prune, chocolate peanuts, and cooking spices.
Orange blossom, allspice, vanilla, apple pie, and blackberries.
Lemon peels, caramel, and a hint of sugared almond.
