This single malt from Glencadam originally matured in American oak bourbon casks, nestled in the distillery's historic dunnage warehouses, before it was married and finished in Madeira wine casks. Brimming with sweet fruit, dark chocolate, and cakey spice.

Nose
Baked apples, forest fruits, and syrupy sponge join waves of vanilla custard, buttery pastry, and a hint of nutmeg.
Palate
Spiced stone fruits, honeyed fruit salad, juicy sultanas, backed by dark chocolate, and ginger cake.
Finish
Toffee raisins, chocolate coffee beans, praline, and fruit cake spice.
