Glencadam 14 Year Old 2011 (Blind Summit Whisky) 50cl

This 2011 vintage single malt from Glencadam is brought to us by independent bottler Blind Summit. The whisky spent its years maturing in a single bourbon barrel, half of which was emptied and bottled up for Blind Summit's inaugural release in 2023, while this half remained for a couple of extra years in cask, finally yielding an outturn of 178 bottles. Expect a bright, crisp profile here, layered with orchard fruits, vanilla, and barley sugars.
