Here's the 2015 vintage of South African producer Boekenhoutskloof's very popular Chocolate Block red wine, made with varying percentages of different grape varieties each year, to take advantage of the best aspects of the growing season. For 2015, the winemakers used 71% Syrah, 15% Grenache Noir, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cinsault and 1% Viognier.
