Lyme Bay is based in Devon but buy around 40% of its grapes from Essex, the driest part of the country. How's that for a top wine fact? This is made from 100% pinot noir grapes and it's given just a little skin contact which produces that beautiful pinky orange colour.
Redcurrants and raspberries with a touch of honey, almond and orange peel. Very fine bubbles.
