Fabulous 15 year old single malt from the Dailuaine Distillery! Matured in a single sherry butt between June 2006 and February 2022, it was selected by Hunter Laing to bottle up for its independent Old Malt Cask series. A release of 321 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fruit and Nut chocolate, a touch of sesame, and sawdust with sweeter notes of spiced fruit loaf and malt biscuits.

Palate: Quite spicy with pepper and nutmeg softened by sweeter fruitcake, oaken vanilla, and creamy honey.

Finish: Zesty dried herbs and spices mingle with juicy sultanas, rich roasted malt, and caramelised nuts.
