Dailuaine shines beyond a blend again in this 10-year-old single cask, which spent its life in a first-fill bourbon hogshead. Brave New Spirits bottled it at a punchy 52% ABV to give it a big, weighty spirit meets vanilla, orchard fruit, and spice, with plenty of presence in the glass.
Vanilla cream, apple, pear, and soft spice.
Full-bodied with orchard fruit, honey, and baking spice.
Lingering vanilla and oak.
