MoM Tobermory Competition September 2026 T&Cs

1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company registration number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom.

2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entry must be in the UK. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or CVH Spirits LTD (nor their immediate families) or any of their associated companies. MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.

4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 21 September 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 04 October 2026 (the entry period).

5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must within the entry period purchase one of the following products listed below from www.masterofmalt.com (each a qualifying product). Please note each qualifying product represents a different number of entries into the competition as outlined below. The qualifying products and corresponding number of entries for each qualifying product are set out below:

• Ledaig 10 Year Old – 1 entry per bottle purchased

• Tobermory 12 Year Old – 1 entry per bottle purchased

• Tobermory Gin – 1 entry per bottle purchased

• Ledaig 9 Year Old Bordeaux Red Wine Cask Matured – 1 entry per bottle purchased

Multiple entries are permitted! For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole and absolute discretion.

6. WINNER: MoM will choose 1 winner at random out of all qualifying entries. The winner will be selected as soon as practicably after the entry period ends. The selection of the winner will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

7. THE PRIZE: The winner will win a trip for two people to Tobermory Distillery located in Scotland to attend the 2027 West Highland Whisky Festival on Saturday, 19th of June 2027. This prize trip will include the following:

• Economy return travel from any main commercial public airport or train station within mainland UK to the Isle of Mull, for two people; 
• Return transfers to and from arrival location to hotel;
• Accomodation for 2 nights’ at a standard hotel in Mull, Scotland, based on two people sharing a double/twin room. The accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole and absolute discretion; and
• 2 x tickets to the West Highland Whisky Festival and select festival events currently being finalised.

The prize is provided, administered and fulfilled by CVH Spirits Ltd (CVH). CVH will liaise with the winner to arrange the trip. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items. MoM and CVH reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. 

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: Any costs or expenses that the winner or their guest incur in connection with the prize trip that are not  expressly listed above in this paragraph 7 are excluded and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. This includes, without limitation any costs or expenses incurred by the winner and their guest in connection with  travel to and from the winner and their guests address to the chosen UK departure point; travel insurance; spending money; all food and drink costs;any alcoholic drinks; additional excursions, activities or transfers; room service, minibar and hotel incidentals; baggage charges, seat reservations and upgrades; and any personal expenditure. The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for arranging their own travel insurance at their cost. 

All travel, accommodation, excursions and other arrangements relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of CVH and its agents. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in any travel or accommodation arrangements, or for the failure of or delay in any planned excursions. For the avoidance of doubt, CVH does not act on behalf of MoM as its agent, representative, or sub-contractor.

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS THAT APPLY TO THE TRIP: The prize is for the winner and one guest, both of whom must be 18 years or older and resident in the United Kingdom. The winner must be one of the two people travelling. The trip is subject to availability of the festival and CVH. The trip must be taken on 18th June – 20th June 2027 and cannot be taken during other dates. The winner and their guest will be responsible for ensuring that they hold all necessary travel documentation incidental to the fulfilment of the prize (including a valid passport, if required). The winner and their guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Once travel arrangements are confirmed, any amendment or cancellation by the winner or their guest may not be possible and any resulting costs will be the winner’s responsibility. If the winner or their guest is unable to travel on the confirmed dates, no alternative dates, prize or cash alternative will be offered, and the winner will forfeit their right to the prize. The winner and their guest must comply with the terms and conditions of all travel providers, the hotel and CVH and must behave lawfully and responsibly throughout the trip. Any element of the prize may be withdrawn without compensation in the event of unreasonable, unlawful or disruptive conduct by the winner or their guest. Anyone visiting the festival is expected to drink responsibly, and anyone under 18 will not be served alcohol. Any tax liability arising from the prize is the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

9. UK SHIPPING ONLY: Any physical element of the prize can only be delivered to a valid address within the United Kingdom provided by the winner.

10. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The winner will be selected after the entry period expires in MoM’s sole and absolute discretion. The name of the winner will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed the prize within 5 calendar days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the prize to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. The winner will be required to provide their details, and those of their guest, to CVH in order for the trip to be booked. MoM may contact the winner and entrants for feedback in respect of the competition and/or prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address. MoM will not be able to ship any physical element of the prize to any winner who is not able to provide a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom. In the event the winner is unable to provide a valid UK shipping address, MoM will offer the prize to another eligible entrant picked at random. MoM shall not be responsible for any cancellation, delay, disruption or alteration to any travel, accommodation, tour or other elements of the prize caused by any third party supplier or by circumstances outside of MoM’s reasonable control. Insofar as is permitted by law, MoM, or any of its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner (or their guest) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including in taking up any prize trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM, its employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

12. CVH SPIRITS LTD PRIVACY POLICY: To fulfil the prize, we will provide the winner’s and their guest’s name, email address, delivery address and other relevant details to CVH. CVH  will process any personal data in accordance with their respective privacy policies available here: CVH Spirits Ltd Privacy Policy. By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have also read and understood CVH privacy policy, and agree to this.

13. GENERAL: All decisions relating to this competition will be made in MoM’s absolute discretion and will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Should a social media channel be used for this competition, MoM confirms that this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by the social media platform identified herein and said social media platform is in no way affiliated to or associated with MoM. By entering this competition, users agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability related to this competition. These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  However, if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
