MoM Lediag Firepit Competition 2026 T&Cs

1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company registration number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom.

2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding on them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entries must be in the UK.

Winners must be able to accept delivery of the Ledaig branded firepit at their nominated UK address. This includes ensuring that the property has suitable access and that the winner can make any necessary arrangements to receive the prize.

Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.

4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 on 26 OCTOBER 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 on 8 NOVEMBER 2026 (the entry period). All times are UK local time.

5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must within the entry period purchase one of the following products listed below from www.masterofmalt.com (each a qualifying product). Please note each qualifying product represents a different number of entries into the competition as outlined below. The qualifying products and corresponding number of entries for each qualifying product are set out below:

• 70cl bottle of Ledaig Rioja Cask Finish – Sinclair Series – 1 entry per bottle;
• 70cl bottle of Ledaig 18 Year Old – 2 entries per bottle;
• 70cl bottle of Ledaig 10 Year Old – 1 entry per bottle;
• 70cl bottle of Ledaig Castaway – 2 entries per bottle;
• 70cl bottle of Ledaig 9 Year Old Bordeaux Red Wine Cask Matured – 2 entries per bottle;
• 70cl bottle of Ledaig Triple Wood – Limited Edition – 2 entries per bottle;
• 70cl bottle of Ledaig 10 Year Old – Hebridean Moon – 2 entries per bottle;
• 70cl bottle of Ledaig 13 Year Old 2009 Double Cask Matured – 3 entries per bottle.

Multiple entries are permitted! For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

6. WINNER(S): MoM will choose four winners at random out of all qualifying entries. The winners will be selected after the entry period ends. The selection of the winners made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

For clarity, four Ledaig branded firepits are allocated to this retail competition. A fifth firepit is allocated to a separate social media competition, which will be governed by its own terms and conditions.

7. THE PRIZE: Each winner will win a Ledaig branded firepit (approximately 700mm in length x 700mm in width x 750mm in height), including packaging and carriage to a valid UK address. The prize will be provided, fulfilled and shipped by CVH Spirits Limited t/a Tobermory Distillery (Tobermory Distillery) and will be solely Tobermory Distillery’s responsibility.

Winners must be able to accept delivery of the firepit at their nominated UK address. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that suitable access and delivery arrangements are available, including any necessary permissions or arrangements required to receive a firepit of this size. If a winner is unable to accept delivery of the prize, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative eligible winner.

The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items. MoM and Tobermory Distillery reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

8. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The names of the winners will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If any winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed the prize within 5 calendar days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the prize to another entrant.

Winners will be required to confirm their delivery address and ability to accept delivery of the firepit before their details are passed to Tobermory Distillery for fulfilment. If a winner is unable to accept delivery, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative eligible winner.

MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winners and entrants for feedback in respect of the competition and/or prizes and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify an entrant for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM or Tobermory Distillery shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address supplied by the winner.

MoM or Tobermory Distillery will not be able to ship the prize to any winner who is not able to provide a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom or who is unable to accept delivery of the firepit at their nominated address. In such circumstances, MoM reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant picked at random.

Insofar as is permitted by law, none of MoM, its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or winner for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including in taking up any prize), except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

10. TOBERMORY DISTILLERY PRIVACY POLICY: MoM is required to pass the winners’ details to Tobermory Distillery in order for Tobermory Distillery to fulfil the prizes. Once the details are passed onto Tobermory Distillery, Tobermory Distillery shall act as data controller for such personal data and process the personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. 11. GENERAL: All decisions relating to this competition will be made in MoM’s discretion, subject to applicable law, and will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Should a social media channel be used to promote this competition, MoM confirms that this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by the social media platform identified herein and said social media platform is in no way affiliated with or associated with MoM. By entering this competition, users agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability related to this competition, to the extent permitted by law. These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
