Kasteelbier Rouge Bottling Note

Kasteel Rouge is a rather interesting concoction from Van Honsebrouck, which combined their Donker Quadrupel style beer with cherry liqueur! If you like your brews with up-front sweetness, this'll be worth a look.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Quite heavy and rich, though the sweetness of the cherry stops it from being difficult to penetrate. Roasted malt still makes its way through the fruit.

Kasteelbier Rouge Reviews

I know beer. You peasant.

Long, earthy and lingering stout midriff.
Peat on the nose with hints of early morning recalcitrant fog patches?
Hints of green and turbulent, withering pea-pod ends
Overall, akin to homeostasis of it’s predecessor.

Awesome flavour and smooth easy drinking

This beer is far the best for myself the cherry comes through so smooth and warming perfect winter or summer beer. If you find it on tap buy a pint or two you will not be dissapointed.
