Description

This right here is the 2015 edition of The Bruery's Arbre expression, which is all about exploring the glory of barrel toasting. This particular expression was allowed a stay in medium toast barrels, imparting tasty helpings of oaky spice and warming vanilla tannins. Should be good for raising a toast.

Raising a toast. Because it's about barrel toasting. Words are fun.

Overall

Soft cinnamon and dark chocolate, with vanilla latte and a hint of charred cedar.
