Siren teamed up with Bristol's Wiper and True to make We Are Stardust, a modern interpterion of an English stock ale, which was refermented with brettanomyces. Plus, the name is a lyric from a Joni Mitchell song, which we think is cool.
Quite bold and funky, with a touch of cask spice and creaminess mellowing it out.
