Scarpa Vermouth Di Torino Extra Dry
This Extra Dry Vermouth di Torino from the fabulous Scarpa is produced with local Cortese grapes and Piedmontese herbs. It's made using the same process as the winery’s Vermouth Bianco, except that it's not filtered. As you'd expect, it's suitably dry and makes for an excellent wet Martini.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Hints of spice and grape sweetness, with a slightly bitter, herbaceous dry finish.
