Scarpa winery was founded in the late 18th century, and its traditional methods can still be seen in this Bianco Vermouth through the adoption of a base of 30% Moscato d’Asti DOCG in the recipe, as well as the herbs used coming entirely from Piedmont. This was aged for two months and bottled at 17% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Vibrant and spicy alongside hefty notes of Moscato wine.
