Made from a mix of two red grapes, garnacha (grenache) and pinot noir, this superb organic Spanish rosé cava is produced using the Champagne method to create a full fruity pink that's enormous fun. While this is delicious to drink on its own, it would be great with all kinds of tapas too.
Strawberries and red cherries, lovely ripe fruit, subtle bubbles and a touch of pastry on the finish.
I bought this as a gift for a good friend due to the wonderful packaging. I was also lucky enough to enjoy it with them. Would definitely recommend.
