Description

Cava is just getting better and better. This organic rosé was made from a mix of two red grapes, garnacha (grenache) and pinot noir and made using the Champagne method to produce a full fruity pink that's enormous fun. While this is fun to drink on its own, this would be great with all kinds of tapas too.

Overall

Strawberries and red cherries, lovely ripe fruit, subtle bubbles and a touch of pastry on the finish.
