
Vilarnau is always one of the best Cavas on the market. It's made from organically-grown grapes, the classic Catalan varieties, 50% macabeo, 35% parellada & 15% xarel-lo, and aged for a minimum of 18 months to produce an elegant, perfectly-balanced sparkler. It's a great party wine but has enough complexity to linger slowly over too.
Citrus fruit, lemons and clementines, racy acidity with pastry and yeasty notes on the finish.
