This is the 2021 Butchers Block Red From Australia's Turkey Flat! Made with a blend of shiraz, grenache and mourvédre from old vines. A fragrant wine that stands up well with rich ragus and the like.
Cocoa and plum skin, with touches of liquorice, rich berries and peppery spice.
