From Australia's Turkey Flat comes The Butchers Block! This is the 2017 Red, a blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvédre from old vines. A fragrant wine that stands up well with rich ragus and the like.
Cocoa and plum skin, with touches of liquorice, rich berries and peppery spice.
