Turkey Flat's Barossa Valley White blend was inspired by the Rhone Valley whites, bringing together marsanne, viognier and roussanne grapes sourced from the Bethany and Stonewell regions of the Barossa. Just under half of this Australian wine was rested in oak puncheons, 50% of which were new. A great partner for roast chicken.
