Marvellous Chianti from Italy's Salcheto, produced predominantly using Sangiovese grapes, alongside helpings of Canaiolo, Mammolo, and Merlot. Though 2020 was a tough growing season, the resulting wine is simply delicious indeed. Serve alongside a good meaty dish, we reckon.
