A Skinny Rosé variation of Prosecco 1754, which is made with a dialled back amount of sugar - 0.25 grams of sugar per 125ml serving. The grapes used for this one are 85% Glera alongside a helping of Pinot Noir, both grown in the Veneto region of northern Italy. Softly sweeter than the original expression, with red berry notes mixing well with the stone fruit and floral elements.
Vanilla blossom and nectarine, raspberry, a smidge of citrus peel.
