Made with grapes grown in the Valdeorras region in Galicia, Pagos del Galir Godello is a fantastic example of the fresh and zingy style of wines hailing from that cool and damp region. The wine spent four months ageing on its lees, so there's a rounded creaminess on the finish. This and some fresh seafood is a match made in heaven.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Crisp citrus on the nose, carrying through to the palate, along with some green apple, and some creaminess on the finish.
