Absurdly delicious pink fizz from English sparkling specialists Furleigh Estate, produced from their 40 acres estate near Bridport. A blend of 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir, this spends 9 months on lees and shows wonderful balance and complexity.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Gentle floral and soft red fruit aromas lead to a palate of ripe red cherries, strawberries and vanilla, with richer notes of brioche and fresh bread in the background. Great as an aperitif or served with white meat and fish dishes.
