They're very proud that their superb expressions of champagne method sparkling wines are made with 100% Dorset grapes - none of this "foreign" stuff from Sussex or Kent for them! Recent winners of Gold and Silver medals at the Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships, these guys are definitely ones to watch.
A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this offers a wonderfully rich nose of brioche, baked apple and honey, leading to a palate full of stone fruit and biscuit flavours. Great as an aperitif or as a partner to fish dishes.
