An English sparkling wine from the Dorset-based Furleigh Estate, it's the 2014 vintage Blanc de Blancs! It's made entirely from whole bunched pressed Chardonnay grapes, so there's lots of zippy fruit notes among mineral hints. Perfect with seafood!
Lemon peel acidity, with touches of citrus blossom, stony pebble minerality and fresh peach.
