Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Ripe wild apple and acacia flower notes, with supporting honey, elderflower and peach notes, with a touch of tropical fruit sweetness on the finish. Great with shellfish or pasta starters. Or very possibly in a Spritz!
