Not technically Prosecco but very similar, this is made from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in Nothern Italy and refermented in tank to produce bubbles, just as they do in the Prosecco region. Pinot Grigio has a pinkish tinge so a little skin contact gives this wine its pretty pink colour. With around 6g per litre of sugar this is less sweet than many Italian sparkling wines so perfect if you're trying to cut down on your sugar or just prefer a drier wine.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Red cherries, strawberries, and green apple with a light effervescence and a crisp dry finish.
