Arneis is the great white grape of Piedmont in Northern Italy. Though the region is best known for its great reds like Barolo and Barbaresco, great white wines like this are also made here. This comes from Roero and was fermented in a mixture of oak and concrete to create a rich, fresh wine. If you're having a vegetable risotto, then look no further.
