A crisp and zingy organic white wine from Centopassi in Sicily, this 2019 vintage is produced with Grillo grapes grown in the vineyards of Pietra Longa and matured for nine months in steel vats before bottling. The zesty profile will make an excellent accompaniment to poultry, seafood, and pasta dishes.
