A rather zesty wine here from Sicily's Centopassi, this 2018 vintage is produced entirely from Grillo grapes from the Pietra Longa region. The organic wine spent nine months in steel vats before bottling, and goes rather well with rich seafood dishes.
Fairly zesty, with pink grapefruit, lemon and lime, with lychee sweetness and a hint of salinity on the finish.
