From Sicily's Benanti winery comes the 2020 vintage Etna Bianco. It's produced entirely from the Carricante grape, a white grape variety indigenous to Sicily, and the main variety used in the Etna region. The grapes are hand-picked from vines on the mountain, and this wine is full of mineral back notes alongside orchard fruit and citrus.
Pear and citrus zest, with Mediterranean herbs, white pepper, apple sweetness and a mineral finish.
