A delicate rosé Prosecco from Anna Spinato, produced in the Veneto region of northern Italy. A combination of Pinot Noir and Glera grapes are hand-picked in early September and each variety is fermented separately, and then blended for a second fermentation. An ideal pairing with seafood and pasta dishes.
Floral with stone fruits, orchard blossom, and a creamy texture finished with flinty mineral notes, and crisp citrus.
