Highland Poacher Bottling Note

Highland Poacher is a blended Scotch whisky that ought to be good for using in mixed drinks or cocktails. The label features a fish that seems to be rather adept at jumping.

Highland Poacher Reviews

Surprisingly good whiskey. Not inferior to Famous Gross and red Johnny Walker, among the blended - a good choice.

For the price a nice blended supermarket class whisky

Seems some people like and others dislike. For a blended whisky it got such klass of a supermarket blend scotch. A taste is allways individuell. For sure this is not a single malt, but I guess is a respectable whisky that is in the class of typical bar whisky in restaurant or hotel. Nothing real special but a good scotch that is good for a relax at the bar or at home at TV.

Great whisky!

I think some people are having a laugh below, I really liked this whisky and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends

Could be better

Drinking the highland poacher was an experience. Closing my eyes it took me to windswept Scottish valley, a tall, broad Scottish beast of a man approaches, kilt blowing in the wind. It was as if he had squatted down over a glass and collected the sweat dripping off his butt crack and balls and then bottled it. Facking disgastin

Worst Whisky Ever - Rancid

Do not buy or EVER sample this Whisky! It’s savagely rancid - spent my whole evening barking my stomach lining down the pan. My eyes are still hurting! Should be called Highland RatsPiss!

I would purchase a bottle again! Very nice!

I think the other reviewer got carried away! Probably drank too much, Whiskey! I do like a good whiskey and was pleasantly surprised how refined it was and it’s taste was gratifying!

Worst "scotch" in history.

Fucking awful. I've tasted a lot of whisky in my time. But this was the first I couldn't actually drink. Tasted like someone had poured petrol on shit.
