This delightfully dry vermouth from Italy's Montanaro Distillery should be ideal for mixing up all manner of dry and bitter cocktails. A splash of Marsala wine is added to the main white wine base, imparting a wonderful amber hue and gentle fruity notes, whilst the sugar content remains very low – ideal for Martinis we reckon.
Bitter orange, pith and peel followed by zesty lemon and woody, earthen notes of liquorice and anise.
