My parents favourite trip in their youth was to the cinzano factory and trying the many Vermouths of the surrounding area each with their different herbs. To celebrate their diamond wedding anniversary I tried to recreate a little bit of that trip. This did not disappoint and now I understand their wistful memories of that trip. I want only to drink this glorious vermouth now :-)
