From the same folks behind the Helsinki Dry Gin comes White Dog, a new make spirit made from Finnish rye and barley malt. Although Helsinki Distilling Co. has already released aged whisky, it's definitely worth seeing (and tasting) the spirit before it heads into casks.
Earthy and oily, with sweet herbs and rye at the fore.
