Valdespino Deliciosa Manzanilla (37.5cl)
From Valdespino, one of the oldest family-owned bodegas in Jerez, this manzanilla sherry is made with palomino grapes. Thanks to a thicker layer of flor, this is full of the fresh, saline flavours we know and love from this style of sherry.

Hints of white florals, followed by yeasty bread, lime citrus, and a crisp saline finish.
