From Pedro Domecq comes this Manzanilla, a type of Fino sherry produced from Palomino grapes grown in cooler vineyards near the Spanish coast. The sherry was then aged in a solera system, with the cooler, more humid conditions creating a thicker layer of flor, resulting in a drier sherry with a savoury hint.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
A subtle sea breeze runs through zippy notes of lime citrus, apple skin and olive brine, with a creamy almond finish.
