Wonderful Palo Cortado sherry from Bodegas Lustau. Matured in American oak in a small solera of 22 butts. Extraordinary stuff, this is intensely dry with plenty of nutty character and a wonderfully creamy texture – should be a great accompaniment to a well-aged cheese or a nice spicy supper.
