Description

Wonderful Palo Cortado sherry from Bodegas Lustau. Matured in American oak in a small solera of 22 butts. Extraordinary stuff, this is intensely dry with plenty of nutty character and a wonderfully creamy texture – should be a great accompaniment to a well-aged cheese or a nice spicy supper.

Overall

Nutty with toasted almonds and roasted hazelnuts, dried raisins, and apples with musty coffee and earthen, oaky spice.
